Order Processing Times:
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days.
- Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- For customised orders, shipments will be made within 10 business days.
- The estimated delivery time shown at checkout does not include the preparation time for shipping.
Delivery Times:
- For orders delivered within Italy, shipping takes 1 to 2 business days.
- For international orders, shipping takes between 3 and 5 business days.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping within Italy costs €4.50, but it's free for orders over €50.
- International deliveries incur a shipping fee of €13, with free shipping for orders over €70.

- Mounta Dog is not responsible for theft or damage if your package is left at an unattended address.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. Occasionally, delivery may take slightly longer. Please refer to the estimated delivery time on the courier’s tracking page.
