Return request period:

We accept returns for items purchased on mountadog.com if requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

Shipping fees:

• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Taxes and duties calculated on the original order will not be refunded.

Return procedure:

• Once the return is received, it will be inspected.
• You will be notified within 1-3 business days if your return is accepted or rejected.
• If accepted, the refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method.

Refund timing:

 

Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial institutions.

 

Return conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
